July will see mark appear in an infomercial for the JML Juice Booster which was filmed for channel 631 in London earlier this month.  Mark says "Infomercials are something new to me.  I am used to cameras being around, but nothing can quite prepare you for shooting a commercial!  It  was great fun, filmed in front of a live studio audience but a long day, by the end of which I could hardly string a sentence together! (yes even me!).   I promote fruit and vegetables everyday so to be able  to demonstrate this on TV was brilliant.  Thank you to Rosemary at Celebrity Chefs UK and JML who set up this great opportunity"

Turning science into tasty food?! - March 2007

It is wonderul to see so many young people responding to the challenge with every attendee interacting, tasting new food and taking simple cooking ideas back to training camps and their homes"
